1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Good Llama ("Service"), operated at goodllamas.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Good Llama provides an eBay deal monitoring and alert service. Users can create saved searches, and our system monitors eBay for matching listings and sends alerts via email or SMS when new items are found.

The Service is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to eBay Inc. We use publicly available eBay APIs and data to provide our service.

3. SMS Alerts Program

Program. Good Llama sends account-notification text messages alerting you when a new eBay listing matches one of your saved searches.

How you opt in. You opt in by providing your mobile number and enabling SMS alerts when you create your account or in your alert settings. We never message a number that has not opted in, and we do not buy, rent, or import phone numbers.

Frequency. Message frequency varies and depends on how many of your saved searches match new listings.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Good Llama does not charge for text messages; your mobile carrier may.

Opting out and help. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP, or email [email protected], for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your mobile information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy; it is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service
  • One person or entity may only maintain one account
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

4. Subscription and Payment

  • Free accounts have limited features as described on our pricing page
  • Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
  • Refunds are provided at our discretion and only for unused service periods
  • We reserve the right to change our prices with 30 days notice

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Use automated tools to access the Service beyond normal usage
  • Resell or redistribute access to the Service
  • Use the Service to violate any third party's rights
  • Share your account credentials with others

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Good Llama and is protected by intellectual property laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without prior written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not guarantee that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • All listings on eBay will be detected or alerted
  • Alerts will be delivered within any specific timeframe
  • Price or availability information will be accurate

8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL GOOD LLAMA BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Good Llama from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice on the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
